How (and why) I Can Help

A white pitcher with purple lavender flowers, a walnut, and small lavender petals on a white surface, with shadows cast on a light gray wall.

The program I offer was born from two places:

My personal journey through suicide grief and my professional experience as a counselor, art therapist, and meditation practitioner.

After my own loss, I realized something important — suicide grief is different. It carries shock, trauma, confusion, stigma, guilt, anger, and relentless questions. I needed someone who understood that landscape.
I needed someone who would sit with me.
Someone who would not turn away when I told my story for the 157th time.
(That’s called healthy mourning, by the way.)

What I’ve created for you is what helped me — and what I’ve since refined through training, practice, and companioning others.

I offer three levels of Integrated Companioning Session Programs. Each level is offered in three different Containers.

Integrated Companioning Program

Support thoughtfully aligned with where you are and how much support you need.

Individual Companioning Session(s)

60-minute private Zoom sessions — 1, 2, or 3 times per month

A safe, compassionate space to:

  • Talk openly about your grief

  • Ask the hard questions

  • Be deeply listened to without judgment or diagnosis

  • Move at your own pace, without pressure to “move forward”

Therapeutic Meditation Process

Each month, you receive tools that build upon one another and help you develop a personalized self-connecting practice.

These are practices you can return to between sessions to ground yourself, calm your nervous system, and create space from intrusive or overwhelming thoughts.

Connection Between Sessions

WhatsApp Support during Business Hours

When grief feels especially heavy or isolating, you can reach out for additional connection. I will respond as soon as my schedule allows.

Virtual Companioning Circle

Monthly peer support group (Begins Nov. 3, 2026)

Your program includes complimentary access to our Virtual Companioning Circle, a small online gathering for those navigating suicide loss.

You Do Not Have to Do This Alone

We Move Slowly

There is no pressure to grow, heal, or process your grief before you are ready.

We work collaboratively, gently, and safely, allowing your needs to guide our work together.

If compassionate companioning, therapeutic meditation, gentle grief education, art therapy, and connection with others who understand suicide loss feel aligned with what you need, I invite you to reach out with your questions.

I would be honored to hear your story and walk alongside you.

No one should have to navigate suicide grief alone.
