How (and why) I Can Help
The program I offer was born from two places:
My personal journey through suicide grief and my professional experience as a counselor, art therapist, and meditation practitioner.
After my own loss, I realized something important — suicide grief is different. It carries shock, trauma, confusion, stigma, guilt, anger, and relentless questions. I needed someone who understood that landscape.
I needed someone who would sit with me.
Someone who would not turn away when I told my story for the 157th time.
(That’s called healthy mourning, by the way.)
What I’ve created for you is what helped me — and what I’ve since refined through training, practice, and companioning others.
I offer three levels of Integrated Companioning Session Programs. Each of these three levels is offered in three different Containers.
Integrated Companioning Program
The program is thoughtfully aligned with the amount of support you need.
60-minute Individual Zoom Companioning Sessions (1, 2, or 3 times per month)
Offering space to talk openly, ask the hard questions, and be deeply listened to - without judgment, diagnosis, or pressure to “move forward.” Companioning is about presence and understanding as you navigate the turbulence of loss.
A companioning session may contain one or more of the following:

Guided meditation practices you can return to anytime. These practices are intended to support your nervous system, ease intrusive thoughts, and provide grounding between sessions.

Program investment starts at $300/month.
Programs are offered in 3, 6, or 12-month containers.
There is a pay-in-full discount available.
We move slowly. There is no pressure to “grow” or “process” before you are ready.
We work collaboratively and safely.
